About Us / Our Philosophy

Laurie McCullough-Leibfried, Co-Owner and Horse Care Manager, has over 40 years of experience with horses and competes as an Adult Amateur.

Graduate A of the United States Pony Club - Pickering Hunt; evented through old format 3-day Preliminary level; now competes in Dressage. USDF Silver medalist and USDF Bronze medalist.

Laurie rehabilitated Penotti (her Prix St. Georges horse) who was given less than a 15% chance of recovery from a hind suspensory injury with the latest veterinary advances including stem cell surgery. He started showing again in 2012 at Prix St. Georges.  He was semi-retired in 2016 at 19, but continues to serve as a schoolmaster at Prix St. George level and para-dressage.

Decorus, now 10, has successfully completed several FEI CDIs at Small Tour and is schooling all the Gran Prix movements.  He has also begun para-dressage.

Fürst Madiran joined the family in June 2016 and successfully completed at Training Level.  He will begin schooling for FEI 5yr old classes and USDF First and Second level classes in 2017

Laurie has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from West Chester University. She works in the plastics industry as a Product Manager and is a former Plant Manager. 

 


 

Lydia McCullough-Yost, Co-Owner, has over 25 years experience with horses.

Graduate A of the United States Pony Club - Pickering Hunt; evented through Training level.

Lydia has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saint Joseph’s University.
